On behalf of our Client, a major corporation in financial sector, to be stationed in Jakarta area, are looking for high caliber candidate for the position of:
CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR
The main purpose of the role will be to develop and expand the consultancy function in order to develop new business and win new clients. Duties & responsibilities include: - Review & analysis of financial statements and financial forecasts - Financial Management of a client portfolio - Identify and develop Corporate Finance strategies - Run and supervise project work delegated to junior staff - Produce reports in accordance with standard procedures - Further increase the client base through professional networking - Develop and produce marketing communications and press release - Monitor and report on activities to President Director You will also provide sound counsel in any decision making processes and keep up to date with policy and procedures. You must be a Master Degree in finance or accounting from reputable university, qualified and able to identify opportunities in all aspects of Corporate Finance. You must also have years of experience in senior management position with proven track of records
Strong Organizational skills
Detail Oriented
Computer Literate including the use of financial software
Strong Written and spoken English is a necessity.

Our Client offers monthly salary range Rp.110 to 160 million
