Our Client is a large reputable telecommunication peripherals support industryWith offices globally and a substantial present in the US and Europe, as well as in Asia.
Currently our Client needs immediate placement for COUNTRY DIRECTOR, INDONESIA
They are looking for an extremely high caliber individual that can assist with a project that will see substantial change management within a key success areas of the overal business entity.

The ideal candidate should at least be a graduate/MBA in marketing or finance, with more than 6 years working experience in managerial level (preferably in telecommunication or IT industry)
Should be fluent in English and Indonesian.

The candidate should also be able to handle complete country sales, responsible for p/l, penetrating in untapped market, preparing business proposals, experience in products launches, maintaining and developing relationships with existing major customers.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of identifying issue; suggest improvements and subsequently implementing new process. The role will also involve looking at the financial systems and staffing as well as the complete overhaul of the department. The individual will also have the ability to motivate large number of employees as well as suggest and undertake hiring plans and schedules.
The Country Director should report directly to the Regional Director in Singapore.

Our Client offers monthly salary range Rp.110 to 150 million
