Over the last 12 years our Client has continued to grow, invest and develop their foods and beverages brands not only their local business, but also establish their companies in 6 countries around Asia.
Currently they are going to recruit highly competence and dedicated person for the position of GENERAL MANAGER, stationed in Jakarta Office

The Job:
As GENERAL MANAGER you will be clearly responsible for running a very tight and highly profitable business, reporting into a Board of Directors
The successful General Manager will be inheriting a business model and a team of loyal, devoted and dedicated individuals that have helped grow and establish the superb customer service reputation that bring customers back again and again.

The Person:
Ideally we are looking for an experienced General Manager who can clearly understand foods and beverages industry, and demonstrate a background and a track record.
Minimum education level is bachelor degree in business management or food technology.
Minimum working experience is 5 years at managerial level
We require an individual who can commercially understand how an independent entrepreneurial operates coupled with the understanding of how branded concepts change and compete within a very competitive environment.

The Rewards:
Our client is offering a highly competitive monthly salary range from Rp.40 to 60 million, plus a company’s car, plus an opportunity for the right candidate through results and time to move up within the company, as they look to invest and grow within there current sector, internationally
