Currently looking for a high caliber candidate for OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, located in West Java

Job Purpose
Accountable to the President Director, you will enable and facilitate the pursuit and achievement of sustained improvement, change and best practice and ensure all functions are aligned to the delivery of Operational Excellence in line with site and corporate goals.

Job Function/Principal Duties:
Leading a small and expert team you will drive the following key activities:
Lead and coordinate Lean Sigma activities and continue to build Operational Excellence capability on site.
Achieve aggressive targets with delivery of measurable benefits.
Orchestrate and implement Six Sigma, leading teams to address business process problems and design new processes to achieve results.
Faciliate problem solving and brainstorming sessions to address key issues and identify and scope opportunities for Six Sigma projects.
Conduct Lean / Six Sigma / Just in Time Training and mentor Green / Black Belts.
Network with site champions in other locations to exchange learning and good practice.

Relationships:

The Operations Director will perform a highly visible and influential role with both site specific and corporate inputs and impacts. It will be vitally important to cultivate and develop close working relationships and credibility at all levels. This will also facilitate the opportunity to build a strong team and maximise its effectiveness and contribution within the business.

Qualifications:
Educated to Degree level, ideally in an Engineering, Business or Technical discipline, you will be proactive and strongly results orientated with well developed interpersonal and team leadership skills.Master Black Belt qualified you must have significant knowledge of operational excellence tools and methodologies and proven experience in change management within a manufacturing business ideally within the fmcg sector.

Our Client offers monthly salary range Rp.70 to 90 million
